Bathrooms

Both bathrooms in the unit were severely outdated and suffered from underlying structural and water damage. The first bathroom had deteriorating beige tile and a chipped bathtub. The second bathroom was in disrepair-missing fixtures, visible mod growth behind the wall, and signs of significant drywall moisture damage due to plumbing leaks. The aim was to repair, reglaze, and modernize both spaces to create clean durable, and rental-ready bathrooms.

Bathroom 1

-Tile Prep & Reglazing
Cleaned and masked surrounding surfaces for tile, floor, and tub reglazing.

Bathroom 2

-Demolition &Leak Detection
Cut open water damaged drywall and exposed plumbing for leak repair.

-Plumbing Coordination
Worked with licensed plumbers to replace old pipes and eliminate active leaks

-Drywall & Paint
Installed new drywall and finished with clean, bright white paint for a refreshed look.
Fixture Installation
Installed new vanities, toilet, mirrors, and black hardware for modern finish.

Before & After Impact

These bathrooms were transformed from neglected and unsafe spaces into bright, fully functional environments. The crisp white surfaces, modern matte-black fixtures, and minimal finishes intruded a clean and inviting aesthetic. By addressing the structural issues and applying a cohesive visual strategy, the bathrooms now feel larger, fresher, and more valuable-both for long-term living and for rental market appeal.
