These Bedrooms had outdated single-pane windows, damaged floor tiles, and an overall neglected appearance. The space lacked insulation, modern functionality, and was not equipped for immediate occupancy. The room required updates to meet rental standards while maintaining a neutral and welcoming style that could suit a variety of tenants.

-Window Replacement
Coordinated the removal of old single-pane windows and installed new double-pane windows for better insulation and energy efficiency.

-Wall & Surface Repair
Patched and painted over wall holes, cleaned up old hardware and previous damage.
-Floor installation
Installed new laminate flooring in a light wood tone to warm up the space.

-Blinds & Lighting
Installed clean, minimal blinds to provide privacy and soften the natural night.
-Furniture Assembly
Furnished the spaces with full-size beds, modern desks, and chairs to create a move-in ready rental room.

Before & After Impact

The bedrooms underwent a clean transformation--from a cold, tile covered space with outdated finished to a warm functional, and aesthetically cohesive living area. New windows dramatically improved lighting and insulation, while the updated flooring and minimal furniture created a calm and livable atmosphere. The result is a fresh, modern bedroom ideal for renters seeking both comfort and simplicity.
