This bedroom exhibited significant water damage, including cracks in the ceiling and mold growth on walls, caused by plumbing leaks from the adjacent shower area and compromised roof integrity. The environment was uncomfortable and aesthetically outdated. the goal was to repair structural damages, eliminate mold issues, modernize lighting, flooring, and window treatments, and create a fresh inviting living space.

Furnished the unit with contemporary, minimalist furniture for optimal comfort and style

Before & After Impact

The renovation significantly transformed the bedroom from a moldy, damaged space to a clean, bright, and welcoming environment. Structural repairs and thorough mold remediation restored the room/s safety and comfort. Modern finished, improved flooring updated lighting, and customized window treatments created a harmonious, visually appealing, and highly livable space suited for tenant use.
